The itinerary constitutes a run life divided in stations provided of utensils in wood for the carrying out of simple gymnastic exercises.
The Spina Verde is crossed by numerous paths. Among these are the 13 official trails, suitably cleaned and secured annually by the Park Authority. In the main sites of scenic, historical and naturalistic interest, the Park Authority has installed showcases and panels illustrating the places. The brochures and the map of the paths are available free of charge at the Park headquarters in Cavallasca.
