{"id":6543,"date":"2019-02-18T22:43:00","date_gmt":"2019-02-18T21:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lagodicomo.com\/it\/?p=6543"},"modified":"2019-02-23T14:40:32","modified_gmt":"2019-02-23T13:40:32","slug":"sauces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lagodicomo.com\/it\/sauces\/","title":{"rendered":"Sauces"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Sauces<\/h3>\n<p>We use to prepare sauces for fish dishes, boiled meats and boiled eggs.<\/p>\n<h3>Scigulada<\/h3>\n<p>Best served warm with boiled meat.<br \/>\nSeason: every<br \/>\nDifficulty: \u013a\u013a<br \/>\nPreparation Time: 2\u02dd hrs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 glasses of broth<br \/>\n400 gr. onion<br \/>\nButter<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of mustard<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><br \/>\nSlice the onions finely and place them in a sausepan with a little butter on a low flame;<br \/>\nAdd the two glasses of broth, a pinch of salt and pepper.<br \/>\nCook for approximately two hours and when it is well cooked add the mustard.<br \/>\nStrain the mixture and serve.<\/p>\n<h3>Green sauce<\/h3>\n<p>Season: always<br \/>\nDifficulty: \u00e5<br \/>\nPreparation Time: ca. 10&#8242;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 clove of garlic<br \/>\n1 small bunch of parsley<br \/>\n4-5 capers<br \/>\n2 anchovies<br \/>\nBreadcrumbs<br \/>\nVinegar<br \/>\n1 egg yolk<br \/>\nOlive oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><br \/>\nWash the fresh parsley and place in a food processor. Add the garlic, 2 anchovies, a small amount of breadcrumbs that have been previously soaked with a little vinegar, 4 &#8211; 5 capers, the egg yolk, a glass of oil and blend.<br \/>\nIf the sauce is too thick, add a little more oil.
