Il periodo migliore per prepararlo \u00e8 d&#8217;inverno durante le gelate, cos\u00ec che le verze richiedano un tempo di cottura pi\u00f9 breve.<\/p>\n<p>Stagionalit\u00e0: inverno<br \/>\nDifficolt\u00e0: \u00e5\u00e5<br \/>\nTempo di esecuzione: pi\u00f9 di 3 ore<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienti per 4 persone:<br \/>\n1 kg. costine di maiale<br \/>\n6 salamini chiamati anche verzini<br \/>\n200 gr. cotiche<br \/>\nnr. 2 cipolle<br \/>\n4 kg. verza<br \/>\n1 bicchiere di vino bianco<br \/>\nburro<br \/>\nsale e pepe<br \/>\n1\/2 l. di brodo vegetale<\/p>\n<p><<a href=\"https:\/\/lagodicomo.com\/it\/ricette-dolci-del-lago-rusumada\/attachment\/1611564615365\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-9901\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lagodicomo.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1611564615365-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-9901\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lagodicomo.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1611564615365-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/lagodicomo.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1611564615365-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/lagodicomo.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1611564615365-140x140.jpg 140w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>strong>Esecuzione:<\/strong><br \/>\nSoffriggete nella casseruola il burro con le cipolle tagliate, rosolate le costine di maiale per circa 20 minuti e nel frattempo scottate i salamini in acqua bollente senza sale. Versate il vino bianco e lasciate evaporare, salate ed aggiungete ca. un terzo delle verze che avrete precedentemente sfogliato. Cuocete per ca. un ora aggiungendo il brodo, poi aggiungete le cotenne tagliate a pezzi ed i salamini e cuocete per un&#8217;altra mezz&#8217;ora. Quando manca ca. 15&#8242; alla cottura aggiungete il resto della verza.
