The seven Caves of Rescia, united in a single complex at the beginning of the 1900s, wind along a tourist route of approx. 500 m on the slopes of the mountains, on the eastern side of Lake Ceresio.
These caves, already a destination for tourists from all over Europe since the 1700s, represent a rarity at a national level and related to their origin: they are, in fact, cavities originating in travertine flows, improperly known A.S. “Tuff”
