The taste of Vanini oil excellence
The Osvaldo Vanini oil mill has been working olives for generations, since 1850 becoming an important point of reference for olive growing on Lake Como. The recognitions and appreciations of their work support the Vanini family to continue the noble tradition of olive growing with passion and enthusiasm..
At the Vanini oil mill, olives are processed on behalf of third parties during the olive harvest period. The olives of many olive growers are transformed into EVO oil; among these olives there are also those of our olive grove in Tremezzina, picked by hand from which the oil has a slightly and pleasantly fruity flavor with a taste of arfichoke and sweet almond and that pinch of spiciness that gives it a typicality that is difficult to compare even with oils of other northern olive-growing areas. The recognitions and appreciations that support their work support Vanini family continue the noble tradition of Lario oil with passion and enthusiasm
